THE STORY OF THE GREAT DARK ELF LEADER... ASHRAM

Ashram is the greatest Dark Elf Leader/Hero among all Dark Elves, and he personally fought the vast Azrac units by his very self. But without telling the whole story, I will navigate.

Ashram's conquest of the Azracs took place on my very first game Janurary 25th, 2003 when I had begun to play Age of Wonders again. The evil Azracs begun to form incredible armies, smashing all the other races... over a period of time, Ashram was forced to retreat from his cities and they were all taken over by the terrible Azracs! Many people agreed that their god "Yaka" had risen, and was taking over just this vast amount of land.

Ashram was the only force left in the land, and the Azracs were completely aware that he was alive and around. Numerous of their armies came to find him throughout the lands... every city in the After the Fall scenario was an Azrac city, for they had expanded so vastly. They were led by the Azrac Leader, Akbar.

Unlike other Dark Elves, in Ashram's part of the land before any of the Azracs seriously took anything over... he lived in peace with his other Dark Elf people.

Although living calmly and in peace away from everything, Ashram was superiorly and incredibly powerful in combat and his abilities as a Dark Elf.

After he was forced to retreat from his lands, he went to the south... being attacked by some Undead skeletons.

  Ashram has easily defeated the four Skeletons that attacked him, and moved on.

Ashram found an Undead settlement to rest at, of course he had to use force to stay there.

Ashram easily defeated the Skeletons, and he was able to rest there for a few days...

His visit there though would be short, due to the rumors of Azrac riders asking around, trying to find clues of where Ashram had been hiding. He decided to sneak to the west.

On the way there, Ashram met up with one of the Azrac riders that was trying to kill him. They fought a hard yet quick battle.

The Azrac rider had been slaughtered, and the Azracs now officially would stop at nothing to rid the land of Ashram. Little did they know... he had many plans and thoughts that he knew would come true.

Ashram had been growing more in abilities, and was prepared to conquer all the Azracs if he had to.

During his travelling, he had learned two very important skills that would allow him to travel through Forest terrain easier and over mountains!

A shock to all of the lands and especially the one being played, the Azracs had already taken over half of the After the Fall map! The Azracs had gained support from the other races *under Akbar's control* such as the Lizards and the Humans. It appeared that nothing could stop Akbar the world thought... unless a hero would destroy the evil Azracs who wanted only to listen to the foolish words of the god "Yaka" and would take over everything for themselves!  Could Ashram do this incredible task...? The longer he waited, the stronger Akbar would get. He had to form some plan!

<Ashram battles five Highmen, and a deadly Syron as be goes to the north to escape the armies of Azracs that are after him>

Ashram continued battering Azrac riders and independents who blocked his path, razing a large amount of Azrac settlements, along with even independent towns. Ashram rested in a local Dark Elf city for a few days...

Reports came of huge armies of Azrac units were in the west, and instead of running... Ashram ran to face them!!

Well... Ashram fought... and slaughtered them! Ashram continued his travels to the south, razing all Azrac towns and independent cities that he saw. He would conquer everything known as "Azrac".

After many more days of fighting other Azracs, *too many to even post up here as pictures, for he slaughtered over 2,000 enemy Azrac units* he finally discovered where Akbar was... but he was well guarded.

Did that stop Ashram?! NO! Ashram would not stop for the possibility even if death would come upon him! He would destroy all Azrac units and allies! Ashram met with Akbar in the field, they pounded weapons and attacked... but in the end, only one victor... and I think you know who that is.

ASHRAM CONQUERED ALL OF THE AZRACS, WHOM STOOD NO CHANCE AGAINST THE GREATEST HERO AGE OF WONDERS HAS EVER KNOWN!!

Thought to be outnumbered, believed to be a thief, absolutely stated as a rogue... who turned out to be a hero. Ashram has done the said to be "impossible" and he never had a doubt... Ashram is the greatest hero ever... he has destroyed the terrible Azrac tribes, cities, armies, and the petty Akbar leader.

TO THE GREAT ASHRAM!!! 

Ashram never had a doubt of possible defeat. For all he believed in was success, and that is how his might and ability was perhaps... "invincible".
