The Dwarves 

Dwarves are one of the best melee unit type races among them all, inborn hardiness and brute strength... they are very formidable opponents to all units in AoW!

Dwarves are of the "Good" alignment. Their abilities involve invention, great melee ability, and rock hard defense. Dwarves are some of the most tough units in the AoW battlefield. Dwarves always prefer to ally themselves with the forces of good, and are wary of other neutral races. Also, they are greatly against the evil races and want just as much peace as Elves and the Highmen ask for.

At the same time though, Dwarves are often skeptical about other races... even the good races. They look down upon those who enjoy love and relaxation, for they are a people that relax not at all. Dwarves are hard working people, and have no intentions of rather sitting by the fireplace than the thrill of chopping firewood or working on their duties as inventors. Being so skilled in mining, inventing, fighting... they also can move and travel through mountains unlike many other race units, giving them a good travelling advantage.

Grumbor is brute and strong, rock hard and full of power. Dwarf units due to their solid hardiness, they also have naturally high resistance. Dwarves are a great race to play if you like being the powerful and brute type of people. Onto the Dwarf Units!

Dwarf Units

Dwarf First Borns are argued to be the best melee unit in AoW. His HP is the highest of any melee unit in AoW, attack is very high, damage is very high, defense is pretty good, resistance is high. An incredible unit the First Born is, INCREDIBLE. Giants are very good to use as they have well balanced stats, but low defense and resistance.

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: MEDIUM

LAST TIPS: Dwarves are best used to the action-melee player who wants to play the game with brute force. They know nothing of serious smart tactics of war, only to run at the enemies and hack them. Beware when you're being Dwarves or fighting against them... also I have come to the comclusion that when playing Dwarf CPU Squires that they are about the second best AI controlled race other than the Azracs being the best in CPUs. As I said before, and I will say it again... BEWARE when you are facing Dwarves or being Dwarves.
