The Humans ![]()
Humans, the ones who made all the chaos in all of the races when they destroyed Ininoch's elven court, and they still want more power and lands. As many know... what Humans want the most is power, and they always put that first before any type of "peace" and "love". Humans are still conquerers of the Elves, and still continue to show strength and power throughout their ranks.

Humans are of the "Neutral" alignment, and when played as them you have a serious morale like advantage compared to the "Good" and "Evil" races. For example, when you are neutral, any units who join or are under your service of an alignment are better balanced in their morale. For some reasons however, although Lizards, Frostlings and Azracs are neutral as well, Humans have the best balance of morale units.

These are pictures of units in my AoW human game of King Graham. You will notice that the Highman's PURE GOOD alignment's morale is quite high, and you perhaps wonder why? It is because the unit knows he/she is serving a NEUTRAL race, not an "Evil" race, otherwise they would not serve on that side if the Humans were evil just saying if so. You will also see the ORC's alignment is EVIL, and his morale is HIGH which is also a shocker to many players. As said, it is because he is serving a neutral lord. But how do you GET the good/evil units on a NEUTRAL side?
Simple actually, capture a good/evil race town and produce units, most likely if you have not decreased relations with that race you will have no problem keeping morale "Okay", and "Good".
Humans often ally with other
neutral races, but there have been times when they have either gone on the side
of evil with Dark Elves, or the side of good with Elves. Most of the time it is
Dark Elves that they would ally with, which must be some malfunction in the game
because Dark Elves became Dark Elves because of their hatred for Humans, and
they love making peace and allying with them. Sort of funny thing there.

My Human Leader Graham is extremely powerful, he deals a large amount of damage and has a lot of good skills. NOW... onto the HUMAN UNITS!
HUMAN UNITS

Playing as Humans is very fun, because the fact is they are just well balanced enough to be pronounced as easy to play. Their Air Galley is their strongest force in wars, because you can build many of them... but CANNOT form them as like a group of 8 Air Galleys, otherwise it would be too easy. Charlatans are argued the best unit to be able to persuade an enemy to join your ranks. Cavaliers are very quick and strong, and often will win battles if there are many of them, but if they would bump into a group of Dark Elf Executioners, they would lose quickly. Beware of all these possibilites and have fun.

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: EASY
Last Tips: Humans are relatively easy to use if you use them right. Once you gain control of a town that can produce Medium Calvary you can cut your way through quite some of your meager enemies in the beginning of a scenario. Later gaining the elite Cavalier and Air Galley, Humans are a powerful race!
