Bard's Tale for an NES game has quite some enjoyment involved, however at FIRST it is extremely difficult to play and fight monsters, your characters may die very quickly and you must EQUIP them all at Garth's shop IMMEDIATELY, because they do not come with items.

BEWARE! Many strong monsters exist even in the town that you adventure in!! Bard's Tale you may also choose from Warrior, Rogue, Hunter, Bard, Sorcerer or Wizard! Each have their own specific abilities and attributes, making them fine forces. I recommend having one of each or about 3 Warriors!
