Hints + Tips

Other than the cheat mode that you can use on Civ2, here are some hints + tips!

Focus on Science early.

 This is just plain truth, set your science rate at either 50% or 60%, for it will make you gain technologies MUCH faster. This is what will make your empire feared and just plainly a lot better, even if it doesn't gain you as much money, you'll get more income anyway by constructing buildings in your city, and expanding!
