THE CLASSES

The Cleric is like the Paladin out of characters, they can use ALL ARMORS, great weapons and EVEN SHIELDS! Out of all the characters of this game, this class has the most useful skill-spell available. Healing spells. Very important, especially if you are trapped somewhere like in a cave, and cannot rest. I highly recommend to have a female Cleric on your party. For weapons, Clerics use maces/daggers/HAMMERs and more except for swords... which usually will hit targets often, but will deal nice damage. Clerics are very, VERY great characters.

As imagined, this is the best class in the game. You will NOT likely complete this game without having at least one Fighter on your group. Fighters not only have the ability to have the MAX HP level of 11, but they has much strength, and dexterity naturally. My best group I have is a party of four Fighters, three males and one female. They can also wear all armors and equip all weapons. Fighters are the best class in the game, and plus they last very long in battle... which in this game, is needed to fight off all the evil monsters you will encounter. Always have a fighter, usually a male is suggested, but I have found out from personal experience that the female has a lot more accuracy in hitting. Fighters use swords, and usually will always hit with them, dealing medium-high damage.

Magic-Users... very helpful with their Magic Missle spell, especially when they get higher leveled and can use it more than once! Magic-Users spells NEVER miss, therefore their spells are crucial to your success. You should probably have a Magic-User on your party if you want to be safe with adventuring in far places... but if you are going to have a Magic-User, you MUST have a Fighter, no two ways about it. Mages use staffs, making their damage very minimal. They are not a good melee class.

Thieves are very silent people who use the Hide skill that allows them to cloak themselves from enemies, and stab them from behind. But not only does the skill have a 2% chance of working, their HP levels are usually low and they have no dexterity, which overall makes them a terrible class. Thieves use daggers, which they deal minimal damage.

Dwarves have brute strength and is probably the most favored character class out of all the older Dungeon and Dragon games... probably because their unique small yet powerful frame makes them so incredible to battle with. Dwarves are so close to the ability of the Fighters it is unbelievable. Dwarves will not usually, but have the possibility of being able to have the MAX HP of 11, just like Fighters. Dwarves are a great class, the second best class in the game. They use axes, which deal minimal-medium-very high damage.

Although their body frame appears like they can wear the heaviest armor... that is not true. They can wear all armors and use all shields. Elves are the hardest class to train, but they have a spell called Sleep, which has the chance to send a foe asleep. When the foe is fallen into the slumber, the elf can attack numerous times until the foe has been defeated. Elves are a good class, they use the spear weapon which usually deals medium damage.

Many people in the D&D Warriors of Eternal Sun world, and the original D&D world, sometimes call Halflings, Hobbits. Well, the fact is Hobbits are the worst class in the game. Their HP levels are very low, their strength and dexterity is barely even a factor. There is no real unique reason to have a Halfling at all... I hate saying such things about a D&D Warriors of the Eternal Sun character class, but they are not a useful class in any ways. They use the dagger and can use many other weapons, which for them, deals minimal damage.
