Story

That is the beginning of what you see when you begin a game on Phantasy Star III. Afterwards you are then placed in a town with the Prince Rhys, who stayed in town the night before his wedding! He's going to get married to the woman who washed up ashore... but first, let us review the first part of the introduction that comes in the beginning of the game itself.
