There are items in the game other than just Food and Water, there are items you can sell to shops, items just to have, NOTES, PAPERS, group actual items, and items to use. There are three items called Balm, Mana, and Nectar, which heal your group members instantly by using them.

Balm-Use: Heal group's HP-Selling Price: 19- Where it is: Protect

Blades-Use: None-Selling Price: 35- Where it is: Division

Boat Stones-Use: Summon a boat on water-Selling Price: 324- Where it is: Mesa

Books-Use: None-Selling Price: 7- Where it is: Oxbridge

Bridge Stones-Use: Create a bridge!-Selling Price: 172- Where it is: Mesa

Caskets-Use: None-Selling Price: 78- Where it is: Shady Rest

Corpses-Use: None-Selling Price: 1500- Where it is: ?

Crystal-Use: None-Selling Price: 54- Where it is: Shard

Dragon Stones-Use: Summon Dragon! Selling Price: 507- Where it is: Mesa
