On the ROTK III cartridge, you can create your own rulers and officers!!! Imagine the possibilities! Let's create a ruler.

First you must type the ruler's first name and last name.

As a ruler you can specfically choose what attributes Paulos has. Let's see how I would be as a Ruler...
