Another game that does not possess any codes!! However like usual, I shall list my personal tips for your gameplay of ROTK.

Remember, LUO YANG *City 11* and XU CHANG *City 19* have the best overall stats of a city, meaning it's best to move into them and invade them ASAP due to their high economy/harvesting value!

Kingdom tax is every January!

The harvest of food is of every July!

Threatening works with multi controlled characters

The ... custom character creation mode goes more than just having your own chars. You can have NUMEROUS chars by choosing yourself to lead about 2-4 players, and have each of the families be threatened by your main one, as you can choose if they will surrender or not! I do this with all my RULERS that I have customized such as Cather Blade surrendering to Paulos Blade! Fun and easy! Not cheating, just modding ;)

Train/Rally your troops early and immediately

Having your armies organized, trained, rallied and also just HAVING armies is important. However in ROTK III, armies that are rallied and trained better than others have a PUMMELING advantage over apprentice/recently drafted troops!

Gather as many loyal subjects as you can

Especially good ones, and keep in mind your officer's army/war ability when choosing specific war leaders. LOYAL subjects, don't recruit officers you have captured that are loyal to their masters!

Never fight personal duels with your ruler

Even if you have a 10+ war advantage, to me, it's just not safe.

Cultivate your fields and DEVELOP your land quickly with your highest political parties

Your food harvest is very vital to your all round needs of ROTK III, so you need to keep cultivating your land to 100, EVERY harvest if you want the best results! That's why it's tough to maintain all your lands if you have a lot of them, but you can do it! Experience is important in this game, PLAYER skill experience. You may also want to develop your land and boost your economy... depending on if you have a solid kingdom that you will own for a while.
