My Note
Reminder of Gemfire? Enthralling or
perhaps compelling? Perhaps both or all? Either way it's a grand game, and to me
way more advanced than both Genghis Khan and DEFINITELY more advanced than
Gemfire. However, Romance of the Three Kingdoms III combines the strategy of
Genghis Khan with the character insight/power of Gemfire into a masterpiece of a
strategy/empire building game.
The Orders of the month
screen will tell you all of your successful, and unsuccessful doings! The game
is so organized, and I've never seen the system ever make an error despite all
the VARIOUS commands that are issued with all the cities!
How nice of Li Yi, some
people will request to meet you, the ruler of your land... I always suggest meet
them! Diplomacy can be HUGE in this game also, more like Civilization II, only
with more demands and war threats.
Death and defeat does exist
in ROTK III! Some rulers in the first scenarios are weaklings however! It's up
to you save the land from the pretenders!
