How to Play

Let's start out on Shining Force...

After the introduction, you will be brought upon to an elven girl telling a story from a book, after some more talk she will ask what game slot you wish to use and what your name is.

After we type it in, she will greet you and Chapter 1 shall begin!

You shall be transported to an area near water, with your master, Lord Varios. Obviously he is your trainer, and you are a Swordsman. You can walk around by using the D-PAD. Let's walk inside the building.

Here comes our friend, LOWE!

After talking with Lowe, and a brief speech with your master, a guard will inform Varios that he is requested to go to the castle. You shall now be able to move around town, BUT NOT leave. Go to the castle, which is north.

After going to the castle, and heading into the throne room, you shall hear the king speaking to Lord Varios, who then suggests to send Paulos with a force to the Gate of the Ancients.

It appears Runefaust is at it's evil work, and who knows what might occur if we do not act! The king requests you to lead a force against them, say yes or no. If you say no, then you will do nothing. Say yes and you will begin your quest.

That... is the beginning of Shining Force!
