Welcome to the Shining in the Darkness section!

Hello!

Shining in the Darkness is a very fun game that requires much patience and training your characters to survive the monsters and traps of the dungeon! You must rescue the princess and look for your lost father!

Unlike many games, the whole gameplay centers itself in mainly three places. One, the village where you go to rest, save, buy equipment/gear. Then, the palace to get announcing from the king and his advisors. Then the largest, the LABYRINTH! This game can be tough without patience.

You also have two companions, a witch/mage named Pyra, and Milo an apprentice priest! The adventure shall be long and tough, but hopefully you will achieve your goals.

Shining in the Darkness is one of the unusual games that do not just pop up with credits and then the title screen. It immediately begins the gameplay as you can START your new game or load your old one! Not even a title screen! I've never seen a game do that, but nevertheless one of the best puzzlers and rpgs I have ever seen in that combination. You are a young Knight, who must seek the Princess who was last known to be with the best Knight of the court, your father, Motred! Can you save him, and the Princess? This game can take a long time to complete goals, sure took me a while...
