FAQ

Hello Paulos!

Hello.

Super Mario 64, at last another Mario section, and perhaps one of the most sacred to GameLegacies?

Without question, even though Super Mario 64 no doubtingly is not as good as Super Mario III, though close... it is definitely more SACRED than the SMB3 section will be.

How?

You see... Super Mario 64 was the first Mario game that placed Mario into a real life/acrobatic game, where truly jumps/flips/punches/kicks like a usual human being would. They created our Super Mario from NES into a rather modernized game with incredible graphics/stages and an impressive storyline... that made a true adventure.

Fourth best game of all time, why?

It's compelling replay value and gaming frankly. Sometimes... Super Mario 64 is beyond difficult, sometimes it is beyond annoying, sometimes it is beyond fun and sometimes it is worth dying for after you do that final step that will make you win.

Super Mario 64 was one of the most heralded games Nintendo ever made, now I won't ask how it is better than SMBIII, but how is it so high on the listing of so many super Sega and other Nintendo games?

Well it's actual gameplay/music + sounds itself is one thing, but then taking into proportion it being MARIO, makes it quite credible.

What do you do in Super Mario 64 precisely, and what makes it fun?

When I first played Super Mario 64 I spent forty minutes in the actual castle front, hopping and running around, including swimming, yes he can even SWIM and CRAWL! He was so VERSATILE, he can even ground pound. The game itself like Mario Kart 64 is very, VERY flexible.

Yes that is true, so controlling just Mario is so fun?

Nope, all the stages you can play are very planned out well, many times things happen that you would never ever even expect. I must say again that MUSIC is placed very well in each stage, GREATLY impressing.

Should Super Mario 64 have a remake on the Gamecube like Zelda did?

Absolutely, I'm surprised they did not do it yet. We should all look into that, but Super Mario 64 is no doubt the King of Nintendo 64.

How is Zelda not?

Sales do not matter, popularity does not matter, it's the opinion of the gameplay value and the OVERALL status of it's rating. Now... Zelda was a good game, but it did not have the versatility that Mario himself and the game itself has, and it's not as confusing. Super Mario 64 has a more solid INTERFACE than Zelda does.

What should we expect from this section?

A LOT of pictures, a lot of text and information that you need to know in the game of Super Mario 64!

Thanks Paulos!

No... thank you :)
