Yes, SMB III is worthy of being a best game of all time, it even beat Phantasy Star III on the rankings which achieved third best rank.

How and why is SMB III the second best game of all time?

Super Mario Brothers III has a huge history and a huge gameplay. For once I actually rate a game high up with a HECK of a lot of popularity behind it. When SMB III came out, NES was recovering from the what people would consider "lamed" sequel of Super Mario Brothers, which was Super Mario Bros II which no one really liked. When SMB III came out, along with it's several comics which I also collect, it was an INCREDIBLE thrill for people!

When did SMB III come out?

February 1st, 1990... fourteen years and a half ago......... and it is still the second best game of all time.

At the time, SMB III was considered the best game of it's decade by many players, and of the console. It even surpassed Zelda's legacy and popularity, you may have noticed pending on your gaming generation.

What does Super Mario Bros III contain?

Eight levels of fun and thrills, playing Mario as one player, or two player as Luigi! As always, Nintendo has incredible multiplayer abilities so each time you beat one stage of the level, then it was your friend's turn!

Will this section contain much information about Super Mario Bros III?

Yes, much information/text/pictures, just gathering it all up now. I MUST preserve all these legacies, one game at a time.
