Here are the items that you will find in Super Mario Brothers III!

Mushroom- Turns Mario into Super Mario!

Fire Flower- Turns Mario into Fire Mario!

Leaf- Turns Mario into Racoon Mario!

Star- Turns Mario into invincible Mario for a short time!

1-UP Mushroom- The famous 1-UP Mushroom that has been in practically every Mario game. Get it and you will receive a life.

Coin- Adds up to your coin amount, get 100 and you will get a 1 up!

? Block- Pound it and you will get a coin, or some treasures!

Cloud- This very good item allows you to skip a stage when you use it on the world map. Be warned though, if you lose in one of the stages, you will go back behind the original stage you completed, using the cloud for nothing.

Whistle- THE WHISTLE, the mighty powerful WHISTLE that will engulf you into a cloud and send you to the Warp Zone like in SMB underground pipe area. The first whistle is located in the Koopa castle of Level 1 by flying up to the top of the roof inside the building near the turtle skeleton, then press up when you reach the top right of the ground there. You will transport to a room and have the whistle. As for the other whistles... there are three in all, that's up to you to find.

Hammer- The Hammer shall break mountain obstacles in your way on the world map!

Frog Suit- This will turn Mario into Frog Mario!
