Spiderman the movie, made in 2002. This section also follows Spiderman 2 and the upcoming sequel said to be released in 2007!! I personally enjoyed Spiderman the first over Spiderman the second.

I think it's safe to say Spiderman is the most popular character in the Marvel comics system, his role is very unique. He starts off as Peter Parker, a usual science nerd in school only to be biten by a radioactive spider, and suddenly is bestowed upon incredible gifts that I know many of us would give up nearly anything for. Super strength, super vitality, SUPERIOR agility, along with his web shooting power which allows him to fling all over the city and even sticking to walls, like a "human spider". Throughout these Spiderman movies, you tend to wonder which of the many villains that Spiderman has fought in the comics and cartoons he would fight in the movies, and that was the HOB GOBLIN in the first. The second movie was Dr. Octavius, yes the four metal armed "octopus".
