The Tactics Ogre Item Page

This page is dedicated to explaining the items in Tactics Ogre as best as possible... here are some of the items you will encounter as you play the game.

Costs: -Healing Leaf is a very important item, mainly in the beginning of the game. This will heal a party member up to 50 HP if they are hurt or injured. Eonlo, Mee, Jessica and Alana from my game of Tactics Ogre will demonstrate all these items being used.

Costs: -Magic Leaf is special when you start out the game with a lot of magic users. If you do not have magic users though, do not spend the goth on such an item. It will charge up a character 25 MP. The reason however MP items are so important is because when a battle first starts out, you have actually 0 MP, and every turn that goes by in the battle your characters will charge up themselves 10 MP. So magic leaves are important with magic user classes.

Costs: Revive Stone will be able to cure the abnormal status "Petrify" which a group of adventurers should always have these items around.

Costs: Antidote is a needed item when you're mainly fighting creatures such as dragons and zombies. Always good to have a few of these in the main item stash!

Costs: If you are hacking and slashing and occasionaly let party members die in battles, you need this item. Only trouble I have had with this item is that it is extremely expensive, be wise when you use it. By the way, a character that has been defeated in battle and is revived by the Altar of Resurrection will gain the Archangel's Feather emblem.

Costs: This is the second brand Heal Leaf type of item. This will restore 100 HP to a member of your group. Even farther into the game you will probably still use these occasionaly, I suggest to have these available at all times.

Costs: This is practically double a Magic Leaf. It will charge up a character 50 MP, really good for a boost for Summoner and Warlock type of classes.

Costs: This is the best healing item that is sold in shops. This will cure a character up to 150 HP, which is very useful when fighting huge battles and have characters with weak defenses... and just plainly can be used at MOST TIMES ANYWAY! A very special item here, the commonly most used healing item in Tactics Ogre Battle!

Costs: GREAT Magic users item right here! Although not as used as the Healing Salve, for a long battle you will definately need Magic Salves if you have magic users! Magic Salve will charge up your MP by 100!

Those are the all the items in the shop that can be bought! I believe Eonlo the Archer , Jessica the Valkyrie , Mee the Fairy , and Alana the Soldier demonstrated the item usage very well!
