MY NOTE OF TACTICS OGRE BATTLE
"My Note pages" on my game pages are like my personal brief review of the selected game... so here it is.
Did you happen to know that Tactics Ogre Battle was originally released in Japan one year ago? Atlus has had a small history of trying to bring their best RPG games to the United States, which we are very lucky that they are so open to the idea.

Well anyway when it FINALLY came out in May, after a few sheduled delays and waiting for people who wanted to buy the awesome game, it was like a dream come true to RPG fans.
You start the game as Alphonse Loeher, an inexperienced Knight in the service of Rictor Lasanti, a High Priest who is also the son of the Duke of Felis.
If you have already read the FAQ, I made it clear that this is a RPG Strategy type of game. It can still officially be an RPG due to its RPG gameplay of stats, HP, and experience points to gaining levels.
Skipping far into the game a moment now :) there is a decent amount of character classes that you can choose from for humans, there are also beasts and dragons you can gain throughout the game if you want them instead of humans. I suggest humans all the way though, because their abilities can outwit and sometimes even over power the beasts such as Griffins, Cockatrices, and any type of Dragons.
Overall the detail and just plain image they designed and formed with this game were breathtaking and outstanding, making me believe that this is the best RPG on the Gameboy Advance, even better than Golden Sun! If you do not think so... buy a copy of Tactics Ogre and come back.

I have always enjoyed RPGS that you are able to create and form your own characters' classes, alignment, and just plain actual CHARACTER. This RPG Strategy game does it and MUCH MORE, and thats why it has a place in video gaming history.
