Many of the actual conversations and dialogue were so good, I've decided to post up some of the best. Warning, much has MAJOR language in it and there could be some spoilers. Rating system is done from 0.0 to 10.0, 10 being best, 0 being worst.

Personal Note: My favorite, well one of my favorites... perhaps my favorite, scene in the whole movie. I LOVE it, Jack going nuts!

Alright... a bit further in the movie, Wendy has found the hundreds of pages that Jack has been typing for weeks of "No work and no play makes Jack a dull boy."... as she begins to realize how crazy he is becoming, as all of a sudden, guess who appears on que...

"How do you like it..."-Jack Torrance

Emerging from the shadows...

"What are you doingg down here?..."-Jack Torrance

"I... just uh... wanted... to talk to yo...u."-Wendy Torrance

"Okay, let's talk."-Jack Torrance

"What do you wanna talk about."-Jack Torrance

"........ ..........I.... I can't... really...remember."-Wendy Torrance

"You can't remember..."-Jack Torrance

"....no...I can't..."-Wendy Torrance

Danny begins to get a sense that his mother is in danger, and goes into another one of his trances...

"Maybe... it was about Danny? Maybe it was about him. I think we should discuss what should be done with him. What shouuld be done with him..."-Jack Torrance

"uh... sob... I don't know..."-Wendy Torrance

"I don't think that's true. I think you have some very definite ideas about what should be done with Danny, and I'd like to know what they are!"-Jack Torrance

Wendy just stares at Jack.

"Has it ever occurred to you that I have agreed to look after the Overlook Hotel until MAY THE FIRST?! DOES IT MATTER TO YOU AT ALL!??! THAT THE OWNERS HAVE PLACED THEIR CONFIDENCE AND TRUST IN ME AND THAT I HAVE SIGNED A LETTER OF AGREEMENT, A CONTRACT. In which I have accepted that responsibility, do you HAVE THE SLIGHTEST IDEA OF WHAT A MORALE AND ETHICAL PRINCIPLE IS. DO YOU!?"-Jack Torrance
