The house... a fine house... actually that is the NEWBIE HOUSE that is automatically built in your first neighborhood that contains Bob Newbie and Betty Newbie. But did you know in your neighborhood you can build your OWN HOUSES, and MANY of them? In certain residential lots you can, after you have created a family of course. Build a house by the BUILDING function, place up walls, make doors, get a roof/windows and do whatever you want with it before you place appliances into one.
