"WON'T YOU BE MY, WON'T YOU BE MY, WON'T YOU BE, MY NEIGHBOR"-Mister Rogers Anyway... here it is, the NEIGHBORHOOD where you will conduct your doings, making your houses, choosing what lots will be commercial and residential and where you will move in the families you make! Clicking on one of the lots will bring you to them and you can either build onto them or construct things on them.

As you can see in the top right corner of the neighborhood in THE SIMS UNLEASHED, is the land mass of where "THE SIMS" took place, before you could have the community lots and other residential areas to go to, so even if you upgrade to The Sims Unleashed, you won't lose your original Sims.
