The community offers you plenty of Services if you are in need! Other than the cab service, here are the services you can use by using the phone!

Need some food, or are you a terrible cook, even throwing a party and need the food? Order a pizza for $40!

Maid is probably the best service available. Hiring a maid will have a daily french clothed maid come to the house and clean your whole house!

When a fire happens it's no laughing matter, and sometimes you may not be able to extinguish it yourself! Call the Fire Dept when a fire starts at once!

Have crops to grow and lots of plants? Hire a Gardener to do it so you don't have to.

Robber coming? You have no security system? In trouble?! Call the Police and they will save you from the offender.

Not every Sim is a fix it, so hire a Repairman when something breaks.
